there you go mate 2 rod ends , stainless steel bar and hey presto! one turbo hanger , hang the rod end off the turbo bolt in the compressor housing and not of the turbo flange as the heat will knacker the rod ends in no time
quick update.got a few parts today, got a mock up of the legs also.will have to turn down the main body as its a bit thick.obvioulsy nothing is welded as im just heading out to garage to get a few sizes but should prob have it nearly completed tonight

blu tac
will ge more pics tommorow hopefully, might only be tac'd up as my welding is a but crap being a spark to trade and the welder at work is on the other shift so will get it left out for him but i will tac it atleast

I'd of made something to bolt onto the turbo from underneath onto the box, 2 rose joints, piece of ally round bar drilled and tapped? must be a bolt hole near the box that you can come off the manifold?
If a mount goes, the engine/box/manifold/exhaust will move with it Steve!
It's no more likely to go by just bracing the turbo to the box, easiest way to do it IMO, IF there is a bolt to come off on the box, which im sure there would be!

right so if i were to put a bar across where itl bolt on the rocker cover.then a triangle up the way and from the point of this triangle take it down to meet the two ends at the rose joints??
vrooommm tshh i dd have a look around at hole on the box but it was doing my head in trying to get sizes when the turbo was bolted on as its really tight under it.its really easy with the turbo on and working above it.your point is taking on board tho mate.

well had a busy nite at work.plus the welder wasnt in so done it all myself and it came out not too bad.the back leg is just for show.i need to weld in the proper one tonight at work but i need to take my rocker cover with me to get it spot on.there is now three mounting points.bolted it up this morning using the two and it was spot on so will be even better when the third is on and bolted down
