Default FiestaRS1800 instant power-loss

hi today i drove my rs today, and it seems really slugish on pick-up, feels like the power just gone,,but its intermediate it comes back after the revs build up??i hav a friend who says it cud be catalytic con, or a block in exhaust, does anyone have a opinion, thanks in advance!!

idle ok? try disconnecting the maf sensor of the inlet, see if this changes anything. Blocked cat would starve the revs to around 3k.

Could just be the plugs and leads.
