Hi Guys,

couple of questions regarding mfi 2 efi using fiesta bits.

ive been offered some of the parts for this,and sourced a few others.

efi inlet,ofab ecu,xr3i efi loom,

i wish to keep my crossover pipe as its a 75 quid auto specialists one,what do i use to blank of the act sensor on the crossover pipe?

also my my car is chipped,can i use the chip to put in the ofab ecu??im guessing not and il have to buy a new one.

also how functional is the ofab ecu in comparison to say gotech mfi? i know its a cheaper unit,but is it actually any good?

OFAB and OFAC compared to Gotech, Omex, Megasquirt, Emerald, etc... is useless!! It cant be live maped which means you can only buy a of the shelf chip, plug it in, and get somewhere between 160bhp and 200bhp based on your mods, all you can adjust is the base fuel pressure, and idle CO/speed.

Yes mate IMO it's a pointless converison unless your on a really tight budget and or only want sub 200bhp.

Good mate, just waiting for the guy thats building my MS to get back to me then a 2-3 week wait whilst he gets it done!
