What colour shirt and tie with a black suit ?????
Just bought a black pin stripe suit as i have a few weddings coming up.
I cant decide on what colour shirt and tie to buy !
is dark grey a no no with a black suit ?
someone reckons light grey shirt and tie would be ok.
I cant decide...i hate this shite !!!

just look in a suit shop window and go get the same as the dummy wears window dressers know what goes! if dark suit light shirt. no white socks tho!!

and yes i would (and do) wear a black suit in august
black suits are pretty neutral

Ye black suits are for funerals only imo, i've just bought a nice dark grey suit with green shirt and purple tie, sounds horrible but it looks the bollox

what colours your lining? try not to clash with that.
Ive got a black suit for doo's at the mo, im wearing black or brown ben sherman shirts with colour'd virtical lines, top button undun with no tie

i got a suit made in black pinstripe ! id wear it all year round with just a different colour shirt !, i dont wear ties so i cant help
id go for something light, a pale colour, light blue ?

i have just chucked 3 pin stripe suites out as i thought they looked dated

I wear a black suit to work. Light sky blue shirt with the right tie looks good. White shirt, red tie and red cuff links look good.
