hi all i fancy getting a mk 1 or mk2, just wondering what are the best sites to look at, im after 1 with either a nice pinto in or a 16 v redtop, thanks for your help.

 

to be honest you can look everywhere for them but you need to go and have a good luck around them.
I got my old mk2 escort rs2000 from ebay from a top guy, you do get some good ones on there no matter what people say,
Iv seen some stunning ones on pistonheads,
Just make sure you have a good look round them

 

There is a stunner just poped up for sale on turbosport website,silver harrier with a 2.1

its me, its me lol. like it says tho its not definately for sale. i suppose it all depends on whether i loose my job and whether it makes enough money to benefit bill paying.

are you still looking for a mk1? I know of one for sale with a rebuilt pinto engine, arches cut out for bubble arches, fibreglass arches come with it, lowered, 6 clock dash and more. I can send you photos if you like??? one of my friends has inherited lots of cars and she is selling them.

yeah it is still for sale but it is not mint! there is a hole in the front section (between grill and wing) and might need new floor pans but nothing a good mechanic cant sort out I am making a for sale post soon......

 

There are some nice ones on piston heads at the mo in the ford classics.
