im due a upgrade, so i phoned o2 and told em i want a nokia n96 18 month contract 300mins 300 txts £30 a month tarriff and they said the phone will cost me £200


now phones 4 u say nokia n96 18 month contract 400 mins 500 txts £30 a month tarriff on o2 and the price for the phone.....

told the woman at o2 this and they couldnt get anywhere near it, so it looks like its goodbye to o2 online

after being with them for over 3 years you would think they would try their best to keep my custom

lol yep it amazes me that i can get a better deal on a o2 tarriff & phone through phones 4 u than i can through o2 itself

 

Im going to go onto O2 sometime, only on PAYG. Im on Orange PAYG right now but the signal is virtually non-existant at work. Just need to get a Nokia N95 (pref 8Gb version) off eBay then i'll switch.

My dad gets a discount card through work (Heinz) so got it through that.

Phone cost £57 because i wanted a white one which you can only get on the 16gb ones.

Contract should be 45 a month but like I said 30% off brings it to £30

ive got the new Sony w995 for free - 600xnet min, unlimited texts, 4month half price, free blutooth headset for £25 a month

 

O2 tried the same shit with me the other day, got sent an email saying it was time to upgrade, when I called they told me the phone would cost me £130 unless I changed my tariff,

I said poke it I don't want to change my tariff I'll go with another provider, couple of weeks later they phone me...................................

me and the Mrs now have new phones on our same tariff's

Ahh white iPhone, what I got too

Got cained at work the other day for getting it as everyone said white was and I should have gotten the black one... I just said well next time we are in the pub I wont ever get my phone mixed up with the rest of them. They suddenly saw my logic.

Truth is thou I like the original white

I have found that phone companies actually ring you about a month or two before you contract is due to expire to try and flog you something at a higher price

T-Moblie fought tooth and nail to keep me as I had spent nearly 4k with them in the three years I had had my phone offered me everything under the sun!
