my mate has just brought a new set of tappets changed them all then put it all back together sounded good on idle so gave it a bit of a rev then the cam belt tensioner gave up and bent all 16 valves he has now replaced all the valves, so....

thats the story now finaly the qestion


would it have done any damage to the tappets????
could he just use them and the still be like new???

yes it was carnt beleave how much valves cost lucky the guides were ok.
