3 Door Wing, how much is it worth?

How much is a Sierra 3 door passenger side (i think) genuine ford wing worth and how would i post it without it getting wrecked?

I paid £70 for a new Ford one at Nat Day... then promptly gave it to a mate who dented his. Now wish I had another since my damage at the Swansea show courtesy of a flippin blowaway gazebo!!!

Yeah its in perfect condition apart from a couple of tiny pin size specs of surface rust on a couple of places
