What idiot at ford decided the manual gearbox on this didnt need a drain plug? Could it be they dont want us changing the oil so it goes bang earlier-as they all seem to whine, then the slave cylinder inside the bell housing,why? Same reason i suspect. I am thinking of drilling/tapping a hole in the bottom of mine then installing a drain plug myself so i can change the oil regularly. john.n
