yep it's the same!!! - the FRS needs a few tweaks to get it proper singing tho - but in standard guize it's still awesome!

With the FRS the buzz is in third, off the lights you spin the fronts in 1st and 2nd on a hard launch, then when you pull third you get a kick in the arse! and it goes on from there

Also the handling is awesome on the FRS!

i just got a 260/270bhp frs and its great fun even better than my old cossies as you can throw it about like mad it in 2nd it fells like it catapolts you out of corners its great fun my advise tho is get a sports cat and not a decat as the decat some times puts a light on the dash coz of the fuel in the exhaust but with the sports cat it will stop it
decat £130
sports cat £358 from amber performance
and a remap and air filter and full system
then it will fly

mark you need a bluefin with decat file to stop the light coming on or a mil eliminator

cheers fella! i was watching a eliminator on ebay but he removed it before i got a chance to bid on it!
i had bluefin on my old fiesta st and the light kept coming on in that as well, realy i want to go and spend some money on a bigger turbo and on a manifold.
Its amazing how good it is on petrol as well actualy, on a full tank i can do over 200 miles.
I whent to ace cafe last night and me and my brother was saying that we recon the frs is a glorified rs turbo! dont know if anyone else agrees lol

mine is de-cat'd and has a bluefin. it does clear the dtc but only temporary. after about 300-400 miles it comes back on and drives rough. ive tried finding one of those mil-eliminator's not with no joy. any ideas where i can get 1 from?

speak to superchips - the decat file isn't on your bluefin - costs 50 sheets (mil eliminator is similar price

They take your handset and load an extra bit into the map that says if O2 at lambda 2 is over threshold ignore

hence your light won't come on

As for Tuna - thats part of a map loaded on by the Northern Monkey Motorsport crew - check out NMM on the RSOC national site for more info.

If your after a manifold get on the national site and join for £30 - you can then join the group buy of Replica Ford Motorsport FRS manifolds from a friend of mine called JEK Fabrication
