has anyone ever had any problems with them as i have basically i thought i had paid my last insurance payment but i oveiously didnt and so i paid with my credit card or so i thought and now ive been charged twice by my bank for being over drawn, ive tried contacting them by email 4 times before the last charge came out but no reply, can i claim these bank charges back form adrian flux as its clearly a fuck up on there part?

i havent had a problem with them except for my pictures.

well i seem to b having quite a few there obviouly not comuicating with there sub contacts cos ive had a second bank charge now . and there saying the might cancel my insurance and they said they didnt pay cos the other transation was going through but i new there wasnt any money in there thats y i paid with my car, i mean are these people stupid
