Wonder what engine's? RR Trent 800 - 900's
The writing on the side does look a little like Jihad

Extremely low aircraft are always coming over our work though.
My sister reckons she had the Euro Fighter go over her when she was driving, so low that everything went dark.

. Ground running is a very common thing, we do it almost every day. Totally safe if you know what you are doing.
You have to do full engines runs when they are installed, and anytime you change components, or make any adjustments... The last thing you want is to be smashing down the runway, only to find you are not making full power

The Rolls-Royce Trent 556 engines, yielding 53,000lb to 56,000lb thrust, give fuel efficiency with low emissions. Advantages of quad-engine performance include reduction in maintenance costs by about 15% because four small engines are cheaper to maintain than two large engines, less thrust requirement for take-off, improved performance from hot and high airports and no second segment climb limitation.

Think the engines were CFM56s
As Will said really, Engine Ground Runs are very common and nothing to worry about, its Pressure Runs that I hate doing
I read the accident report at work a few weeks back, the LAE doing the runs made a few silly mistakes, and as per usual they all add up (Classic swiss-cheese human factors stuff lol)
