Exactly the same thing happend to me buddy took the turbo off to find one of the blades missing at the back of the shaft must have shot off down the exhaust
Strange question i know but does the exhaust sound any louder than normal? The reason i ask is mine sounded alot different when it happened lol

Might be the time to upgrade or buy the turbo in the for sale bit with maram shaft and get anti lag.

its not the hoses, the exhaust gas would still spin the turbo.

It took me an hour to get the turbo off my 4x4, you need some short spanners aswell. Hope its something silly, could you try takeing the downpipe off 1st and checking if the shaft is still in tact?

the turbo wheel will still spin on idle with the hose disconnected, if its not then, there is something very wrong

Kev,

undo the downpipe bolts on the turbo and pull it back so you can see/feel the exhaust blades/shaft, be able to see if the shaft is turning both wheels.

kev ut t38 is far more linear in its delivery than any of those other turbo,s.

can only be a good thing for your gearbox.

ps. did you fit your diodes yet?

M8 has a t38 fitted and was impressive on 14 psi now peaking at 34 and is well fast.

dont bother with the stack mate. diodes will work as ive temp tried mine up to 4k and was perfect. couldnt rev more than that as car was stone cold.

made my self a nice little loom too, so i can disconnect the diodes any time i like

used alittle box to house the diodes as i wasnt sure if you could heat shrink them.

the two wires go into the coilpack plug, then just attach a wire from the last diode to the clocks fuck it cant move the pictures
