Im going to look at a couple of 4.4 v8 sports over the weekend i will only buy with full history etc.

I just wonderd what if any are common known things to look out for ???

speak to Neil A on here he had one and can get you some in depth owners knowledge of one.

 

Ive had a 4.6 V8 X5 for just under a year now and touch wood its been great, the only 2 probs ive got/had with mine is the tyre pressure sensor are faulty since i had the tyres replaced and the heater fan fluctuates up and down occansionaly.

Other than that its been good!

 

i know of 3 people that all had driveshaft issues with x5's. 1 could have been blamed on the 22" rims but the other 2 werent.

 

look for a cheap petrol station as you will be spending a lot of time there!!!!!

my brother has the 4.4 v8 and he is lucky to get 15mpg!!!!

stunning car though, very powerful and handles well for a its size!
