I've had a look all over and searched numerous times in the search engine but can't find an answer...

I bought a lowering kit for my mk.4 xr3i when the guy said it was 40mm, turns out it was 60mm but I like it.

Would 16"s fit ok? with the right tyres of course. 16" wheels should raise the car a little bit also?

anyone any ideas?

 

My rst was lowered 60mm on 16"s. I had to get slightly smaller tyres had 195,40,16 instead of 205,40,16 so they were streched on as it would sumtimes catch the arch lip. However, the xr3i wont have the big plastic arch lips and my shocks were 20 years old lol. should be fine.

 

hope so, guess I'll have to give it a go.
