what oil sapphire cosworth
what oil should i be using on my sapph cosworth. some people say 10/50 some say 5/40 really confused as to what is the best?

varies but i use 15 50 mobil 1 personally, think it was said on another post 5/40 is too thin for a cossie engine?!

In the sierra handbook it actually says 5w50,think it depends who you ask,everyone uses different stuff

If you go for the MOBIL 1 Motorsport 15W50 halfords are doing it @ 20% off, Now Ł38.39 for 5 Ltres.

my car revs to 8k ,gets nailed everytime its out ,have used this oil for 5 years no issues
