Default hmmm what would you do?, its about my ka and mot time

basically i bought the ka in jan for 450 quidish, and only had mot till now, but its gonna need new sills, its making a clunking on front, handbrake is pretty crap, exhaust is shot, plus i bet loads of other things it`ll get puled on...
i dont wanna pay 50 quid for the garage to says its gonna cost £££££££

so thinking of just scrapping it..

thing is ive just seen another ka same age/colour but has 12months mot and its 495....

dunno if to just buy this new one and fuk this one off...????? hmmmmmm

what you think??

Put it on the bay, spares or repair stylee. Too many cars get scrapped needlessly IMO.

DON'T say in your listing 'I haven't got time to MOT it, but can't see why it wouldn't pass' when you know it won't though, as that's what c*nts do!

Bin it off matey - Bay is hassel but cash back when it works, scrap yard is easier but nowt back.

Cheapest way to go is to sell them when they are dead - fixing them up is a mugs game!

one of my mates picked up one of these off ebay for £200 spares or repairs needing sills, fuel filler surround and rusty back boot at the corners.

repaired it, resprayed it and although wasnt superb condition and was some quick repairs he sold it on for £650.

if you have the know how i'd try and repair it and get it sold on for a bit of money back, or just punt it off on ebay for spares, would get £200 for parts for it most likely... they seem to go at that no problem on the 'bay
