Default 4x4 Cossie Gearbox

What gearbox is in the 4x4 cossie?
What are the main differances between that and the 2WD box?

I have been offered a part built kit car with a cossie engine ans all parts to complete but it says, available foe either 2WD od 4WD use, that confused things a little.

Cheers G

MT75 and all the running gear i.e. transfer box came off the XR4x4, so it was just a case of bolting everything onto the saff cos 4x4. Lazy bastads

neither of them being particualrly slick boxes either, the borg warner T5 box as used in the 2wd's is a fair bit stronger than te ford mt75 as used in 4x4's though.
