Had 2 cars insured by LV for years and was paying by monthly instalments. Took 1 car off the policy and they said you won't ge a refund. Fair enough, says I, as I'm paying it monthly I wasn't expecting anything back for the car I removed.

Next bank statement shows I'm still paying the FULL amount each month!! I ring them up and they said we told you no refund which means you've still got to pay for both cars for the rest of the year (another 6 months!!) even tho we're only insuring one of them.

What a bloody rip off that is!! That's being cancelled and I'm instructing the bank to stop any more direct debits going thru!

 

Liverpool victoria are shite!! my first year was £1200 and my renewal quote was £1700 even thou i had earned a years no claims and i changed nothing. went with halifax and it was £550!
