I'm trying to renew my car insurance and i've always had the 3rd party cover for driving other cars not belonging to me on my policy since i was 18 but now it seem's they don't seem to offer it as easy, i thought every fully comp policy with the driver over 25 would but admiral said they won't offer it to people in the motor trade.

Now really pissed off, got my insurance papers from direct line, and on the certificate it sayes i'm NOT covered to drive other cars. What was the point in ringing them up to ask when there give duff information, They won't be getting a very nice phone call in the morning!!!!!!!!!!!

if you asked for it specifically over the phone and they agreed, but then gave you paperwork saying different, then i'd be demanding what the hells going on and why you were misled... at bare minimum you shouldnt have to pay a cancellation fee as they misled you on your policy mate....
