all makes will fit on respective engines.
the woodruff keys are all designed to be the same as oem, so all makes of pulley can fit.
so piper/obx/kent etc will fit any of the cams installed, if they are specified for that engine.

You don't automatically get any gain at all with running a vernier, mostly on std cams dialling around either side of std will do little if anything for power.
They are more suited to more aggressive cam profiles, the power point can be shifted around by moving timing even on std, but makers are pretty spot on these days, I wouldn't even consider one for a std engine/cam.

/\ good points, but i think it's worthwhile thing to make sure you get the best out of a cam as the cam belt isn't always spot on and can throw the cam out a couple of degrees.

In my experience even with an aftermarket cam (Piper 285T), tuners I have used have left it set a 0, pointing out that on a single cam engine you are just moving the power band up or down the rev range............ so YES you may gain a few extra BHP by tweaking it but it WILL be at the cost of off boost torque and response.
IMO unless your chasing BHP figures and another 5-10bhp is that important to you i'd wouldnt bother.
Also IMO on a CVH when you reach say 220-240bhp (genuine bhp!) to get any more you are always sacrificing off boost response/drivabilty.......... Big valves/ports, Big turbo, Low comp, Cam timing, etc....

Just my thoughts...

It's certainly going to be within 3-4 degrees of dead, so will be fine not using vernier, I wouldn't go any more than 4 degrees out from true.

The KENT cam will be heavily offended by using a PIPER pulley

Joking

Any CVH Camshaft will fit any CVH pulley. Standard, aftermarket, Tuning - it's all the same.
