Hi guys ! Im kinda new to this forum.I live in norway and paint cars for a living.Im currently working on my 92 MK5 escort 1,4 carb.The plan is to use an 87 XR3i engine cvh,do a full overhall and get some power out of it.
Got the complete XR3i in my garage.

The original plan was to use the XR3 block,get an rst top,T3,kent or piper cam etc.

Or,leave the turbo and see what power i can get without it.

Im not sure what to do as my founds are limited at the moment.

Any advice on what pistons,cam etc with or without turbo to use ?
