im going to get some bike carbs for my car, its a 1.6 carb cvh engine already... but what carbs to go for?

people seem to be using both, is there alot of difference between the pair? any benifits from one to the other? im stuck....any information would be greatly appreciated

R6 38mm, R1 40mm but don't be fooled into thinking bigger is better. Bogg bros will recommend R6 for a 1.6cvh which is what I bought for mine but R1 carbs will work. You will need the fuel pump from the bike for ease of fitting or you can use a facet pump with a pressure regulator. There's a lot more to it than just bolting the carbs to the manifold but it's a start.
I asked about it on here a few months back but not many seem to have done it (or they just didn't reply coz like you, I'm new ?) so I hunted around for info. I will try to find a few links for you to have a squint at.

how did you get on with this? I've bought some gsxr1000 carbs to go on my cvh but don't know what to do to start, any help would be most appreciated
