Default sierra cosworth smoking under acceleration

am new to this so any help i would be greatfull for
bought my cossie about 9 month ago phase 1 set up was not enough so took it off the road took my head off and had it ported all neww valves guides and stem seals replaced the head gasket with cometic and stud and nut kit car run fine then decided to run gray injectors good fun but had them in for about 3 weeks and car started to smoke under acceleration also some times i get a bit when ticking over

any ideas

turbo give up. any one had any trouble with cometic head gaskets

You say you decided to run greys, did you simply jsut put the new injectors in or did you get a new chip/map applied to suit them?

I'm just wondering, if they were just slapped in have they pumped so much fuel in there and borewashed the cylinders causing rapid/excessive piston ring wear?

what colour is it. If its blue its going to be rings i would have thought.

As above what colour is it, when exactly is it doing it, ie idling when you boot it on the overun etc.
As has been said though you can't just swap bits like this, the ecu/chip need to go hand in hand with injectors and boost etc, if it's black and sooty smoke could wqell be now overfuelling due to greys being fitted for a chip on greens.

running grays set up chip grays 3 bar . it smokes as you come on boost an quite alot when you come of boost witch is y i think turbo. it blue smoke. get a little at tick over but only a little then clears

any one help with wat engine oil is best to run in my cosworth

If it's fairly new mileage wise, I would use a 5W50 or a 10W50, with a few miles and a bit of wear I would use millers 10W60, all fully synthetic.
