Hi all, im new to this scene, have just got a Focus RS which is completly standard, im sure this question has been asked a fair few times but help would be appreciated, please can you advise what is needed to bring the car to stage 1 and recommend manufacturers to use/not use.
Also if there is any other upgrades that should be done for this car.

Depends in how much money you want to spend.

Have a look at the RSownersclub. You will find standard right up to 400bhp+
