what is the best way of removing them without bending or kinking them?

Get a new one rob ford still do them but make sure its warm when u fit it

lol cheers paul but ive used the wrong tape and theres too much of a gap, wanna wip them all off and use thinner tape!

Hair dryer or panel wipe poured down behind them then pull some fishing line along the back of them
