Just tried placing an order for some oil online and I got this message ?

Error calling PROTX gateway. Msg=Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Anyone know what causes that ? is it my computer or a fault at their end ?

 

Try again tomorrow bud, whatever happens it won't get posted 'til Tuesday anyway.
You could try their ebay shop if you've got Paypal.

 

I've only just seen the message, so sorry not for getting back sooner.

I have no idea what that message means, I'm just not techie enough, but I'll let the programmers know.
