hi all,i slod my beloved series 2 rs last year and regretted it,now,i hav just purchased another 1,was i stupid or not im not sure lol,its (diamond) white 1989 oz racing multi spoke wheels,its covered in green mould as been stood up for 5-6 yrs now looking round its pretty sound but does need alot of work,iv given myself 3 months to complete it in,im lucky got some good mates that will help me out 2,the only thing is im not sure on the engine its got a 2.1 dohc 16v turbo under the bonnet already fitted but lots of wiring missin,so any help on this would be greatful,ie pics,links,web sites eaccessories i could use need,theres no ecu either,i will try get some pics on here asap and as the project comes along

i paid 500 for her,took pics so will get them on asap,got more info on engine now so thats good,gave her a wash today now she is white again but will need lots of bodywork and full respray,done compression test and all 4 are between 90-100 so sounds good i hope

 

that is very poor compression fella, they need to be within a 10% range, but they are very low figures indeed, never seen any below 130, and that was a worn engine.
