Gearbox oil seal???

Gearbox oil seal???
Selector shaft oil seal...
mine's got a slight leak
Anyone know if its a box out strip down to change job, or change it in place?

no just disconnect selector rod but mark it first prise old one out tap new one in with a socket jobs a guddon
