rev counter on my 1990 (h plate) xr21 has stopped working,anyone have any ideas?have been told by a mate that its just a fuse??that true?

 

has anything else stopped working also?
have you checked to see if the plug in the back is in fully ?

 

theres a little square box (suppressor), screwed to the n/s inner wing near the jack (2 green wires to it i think), that may have failed. you may be able to bypass by linking the wires just to see, but im not sure.

 

sorry to hijack the post but my rev counter on my K plate 2i keeps stickin!

is that the pic on your sig of ya rev counter? have you checked to see if the white dials are catching it?
may be busted mate, if thats the case bin the rev counter and fit another
(i got one )
