Default Creating an hybrid BC/IB5 gearbox

The current (ERST S2) gearbox has some issues which i would like to solve.
But at a recondition some years ago, the engineer told me, it's probably not possible to recondition this box again (probably due to welding the 5th gear to the shaft or something like that)

What i would like to accomplish is create a hybride gearbox for my mk3 Fiesta RST.

I've overlooked some options:
- mod the BC housing to fit larger bearings etc.. with ERST internals (i have several spares)
- hybrid IB5 gearbox with ERST internals (bigger/stronger bearings) and LSD
- hybrid IB5 gearbox with IB5 internals (double synchromesh) and LSD
For this option i will have to choose which internals to use..
I've looked at:

http://st2000.s5.com/ftransguide.htm...iosinformation

and the ratios from a ford KA 1.3 look alike concerning ratios, except for the Diff, but as i want to use the current LSD that would change this figure (correct me if i'm wrong)

But will this gearbox hold my 200BHP (torque 290NM = 215lbft)?

The Ka gearbox is an IB5, with hydrolic clutch.
For the clutch to work, i would need to replace the current mechanical clutch pedal, with a hydrolic one .. but what do i need for this (a whole pedal box.. and which one)

I need to mod my brake reservoir .. and swap it over with one for ABS (which has 2 extra connections) to connect to the hydrolic clutch system.

Any tips and advice is welcome..
