just that i took it all off then took block out, would seem easier to bolt it all togetther on the stand thats all

they're just m8 bolts mate
nothing fancy,
i put engine in with the main manifold part bolted on
and then once its in put trouser section and turbo on
the main part in a pain in the tits to get to some of the nuts when its in place

yeah and id reccommend areotek style nuts,

there not like nylocks , but a high grade fastner that wont come undone ,

as for me , id put the whole lot together , turbo n all on the motor outside the car ,

basically build it all up and drop it in with an engine hoist ,

if you aint got one , let me know ill ask jacko if you can hire his for the day and pop down and give u a hand fella ,

putting it all bk in ,

used them millions of times and never had any come slack
but i do use high temp lock tight
but never had any probs so no need for 12 quid each each
dont need homework when you got experience
they've always worked for me
the 1's going into the head have caused a prob
so i always use proper lock nuts there
but never a prob with the trouser bolts

for trying to lend a hand and help somebody out

no wonder everybody's getting away from this site
it realy is turning to shit, you cant even try to help anybody without
somebody trying to undermime you
rant over
last time i try to help
