hi my s2 rs turbo has a fuel leak it seems to be leaking from the highlighted bit in red, im pretty sure its the red pipe, any one have a spare one, preferbly with the bolt on the end of it they want to sell me or know where i can get one. Im pretty desperate for the part as im using my car as a daily drive at the moment,

Is it leaking from the banjo? have you tried replacing the sealing washers, normal copper washers will do which you can get from halfrauds and the like.

 

its definatly the red pipe as i could see the fuel leaking out of it also the pipe was not securley connected to the banjo, i seperated it and then could not re attatch it to the banjo lol well not as secure as the one in the pic above.

autospecialists do some braided pipes, not sure if this 1 is available, or u could try the parts for sale section or jano oddkidd will more than likely have 1

 

Or get some polyamid hose... Norgren sells them you need...

8x1 outside calibrated for the bigger hoses
6x1 outside calibrated for the smaller ones...

 

bit of an update i changed the pipe for a braided one and thought its sorted but obviously not
there is a small leak the bolt which connects the injector line to the metering unit that seems to leak, is there sealing washer under the bolt that i can just replace?

 

Yes, it should have 2 copper washers on it, one either side of the ring.

the four injector lines that attatch to the metering unit should they also have washers on them? as i might aswell replace them aswell

 

Yep all of the fuel lines on the metering unit should have a copper washer either side IIRC, you can still buy all of the banjo's and washers new at Ford, you can still even get the MU gasket too, i think the only part i couldn't get hold of for refurbing my metering unit was a hanger and the bolts that bolt the unit together.

Yeah the banjo's, washers, and even the pipe itself are still available from Ford, bought them all myself last week!
