more help plz wiv the ZVH
i know u cant re-use CVH headbolts as they stretch so i wldnt tbh.
torque settings for CVH are:
Stage1 25nm 18lb/ft
stage2 55nm 40lb/ft
stage3 tighten by a further 90degrees
stage4 tighten by another 90 degrees
(by stages it means do the head bolts in the correct order, then 2nd time, 3rd time, 4th time
)

Yes if you use a std 10.9/12.9 caphead bolt m10 x 150mm long the max toque setting for these is 75lb/ft as these bolts do not stretch as they are not designed too hence the lower torque setting to the std cvh bolts that have to be toqued to yeild or laymans terms (stretch bolts)
and because they are not yeild bolts they can be re-used again and again the setting i use are:
40lb/ft stg1
65lb/ft stg2
75lb/ft stg3
run till warm then recheck 75/lb/ft
hope this is of sum help??
