Are these the same on both or different?!
Tried to fit one out of a 2wd 205 block to a 200 block earlier and it doesnt want to go all the way in for some reason
tried it again in the 205 block and it was fine, so was there any differences between one for a 4x4 and 2wd block?!
Assuming their not machined to fit each block as its a replaceable item!!

the drive as far as i know is the same for both the only the book says is that the short side goes to the oil pump for both engine types, the drive should have a washer on it offset from the centre.

the drives dont have a washer on from memory?!
Its basically the end bit of the shaft that sits on a hole for the shaft to spin is slightly bigger than the hole in the block for it and wont slide in hence wondering if there is a slight size difference on the end bit!!

problem found, the round bearing surface that sits pressed in the edge of the block has been damaged badly at some point hence the shaft wont slide in properly, can they be easily removed does anyone know and replaced?!
Crank and pistons etc are all bolted in so dont really want to be taking them out to get it replaced

If i have to will take the crank out again, just means i'd have to replace the big end bolts but obviously it needs changing so!

Meant if i had to take the crank out again, i thought the con rod bolts had to be replaced everytime their removed?!
Should be ok with doin as it is thou without removing the crank, just ordered one from woodford and should just come out with a bit of gentle persuasion
