How do i disconnect the fuel return of my fuel rail on a 3 dr cosworth

Need to take the engine out in the morning

 

The fuel return is the easy one under the fuel pressure regulator , think its the fuel feed you will be struggling with , how I did it when I did not have a tool was find a piece of plasic that is just thinner than the gap , looking in the garage remembered what I used , it was the top of a touch up pencil from ford , cut the tube so it is about 1" long then cut it along its length on 1 side so you can slip it over the pipe so that you can the push it forward to stretch the spring to allow the two components to come apart , hope this helps , if you need a better idea you can pm me for my tel no
