well if you are running stage-3 cosworth, yes atlas is best for the job, the cost for that lot is up to you! and how much you want to spend, other then that wot size wheels you are going to use! 6-link set up is the best, but i hope you are good at set it up and a good welder
... dont think the conversion is easy or cheap! any how you got to get some pic's on of your motor...

did you buy the car off of a woman called paul colchester way?was a clean looking motor,cheapest way is a capri special atlas axle(they have an 3.09 lsd),4 link kit and pan hard rod.the lads at r.a.c.e will help you out i got a lot of my bits from them

You need to speak to gary @ retromotorsports about your 6 link, you can find him on turbosport.co.uk , his 6 links are adjustable unlike a lot of places which will just make and fit you a standard rally car type 6 link
