hello i have got a brand new engine and i was just wondering what oil to go for to run the engine in?and then what oil to use once its been set up?

what engine m8? cvh zvh or zetec i use i running in oil from the guys thet do the boring n honeing on my engines. in the cvh i use a 10/40 semi zvh is a 5/50 semi or full n the zetec is a 5/40 full syn

 

If its a CVH use only 10w/40 MINERAL oil. Never use semi or better as this will hinder the bedding in process.

Change after the first 500miles again at 1000 then put in some full synth at 15oomiles (Mobil M.Sport 15w/50 is what i use). Always change the oil filter also and never use flushing agents of any kind.
