if you had 1 wish what would it be?
got asked this today and thought i would post here to see what you lot would have.
my wish would be, i wish i had a time machine.
this was i could get near on all my wishes from the one wish, see friend and family that have died, get lotto number to get rich etc etc,
what would your wish be and why?

Get a fucking job you lazy wanker, maybe she dont want a boyfriend with no job, she can see the life of piss stinking council flats, dole cheques, shopping at Aldi, and kids with odd shoes n dirty faces
If there no jobs up there, move down here, anyone can get a job here, more jobs than people.

Nah, its dead posh round here on the whole, i been round the UK and not anywhere ive seen that id really rather live. Handy being so close to Bristol/Cardiff/Brimingham/Swindon too.
Jobs- Well allsorts, but a jobless pikey like Dave could earn 300quid a week no bother doing even basic order picking n shit, and there no end of industrial things available for good cash, Delphi was offering 10quid an hour for basic factory workers with Soldering/PCB experience last time i looked!
You go to an agency, the next day or even later that day, theyl have you a job, it shows how many jobs there are, youve never known so many employment agencys in your life, must be 50odd in Chelt alone...
Think the job section of the local paper lists on average 800jobs a week, and this isnt a big city is it...
Industrial work is whats available the most- Driving (esp HGV it seems), Warehouse/Orderpicking, basic electronics, basic mass manufacture, machine minders, CNC workers, etc, but tons of everything it seems, from hairdressers to builders, security, to industrial, to office.
Honest to god, ive NEVER yet met anyone whos said "i cant get a job" anyone whos unemployed round here are ones who choose to be for whatever reason, and most people i know are a right bunch of wasters, so i know thats pretty true, lol.
Nearly all my life ive done office based stuff, but its stuff i doubt id get if i lived anywhere else, get far better jobs than i deserve
Houses cost a lot tho, but less in Gloucester n thas less than 10miles away, and if you dont mind commuting 15miles on small busy roads, you can buy bloody mansions in the Forest of Dean for the price of a Hovel round here (close to Cardiff n Bristol then too)

seriously need to get sorted, moving daan saaf wuld be an excelent idea, i would like that, but jus got fuck all confidence in myself to do it on my own tbh!it seems 100 times easier to get a job other than the place u stay, well so i think anyway lol, but pmsl@ council house and manky faced kids with diff shoes, u crack me up lol
P.s. reason ive not got a job is cos im lazy as sai above/got myself in a rutt and got too used to dossing about, but its fact im a complete twat for not doing summit about it, it's shocking really! motivate me steve

im moving to where steve is , £300 a week for basic work
im signed up with 5 agencies down here and i havnt had even 1 job offer yet not to mention all the cv's iv been handing out myself
back on topic tho , i wish i could win enuff money to help all my family and friends out ensure no one i know struggles to get buy . helping others would make me happier than having a big house and fast cars for myself
