hi all!
im in the process of coverting my escort pop to rs turbo power. does any one know if the fuel lines are the same as the turbo ones ie:the metal ones that run right under the car.

No mate im afraid there not. For a start they are 5mm diameter on the Pop i believe and the RS has one which is 6mm and the other which is 8mm. Unavailable from Ford new, but if you search for "RS Turbo Fuel pipe" on EBAY the national clearnace centre have some New Old stock on there for about £4 each!!!!!!! BARGAIN!

just found some stainless steel braided hoses on ebay any one used these before. there not cheap at £65 for the two i need. its meant to be a buget build?

 

got a set in brum. yours for free if you want to pick them up. wont post though sorry, i cant be arsed to try and wrap them they'll be way too fiddly.
