Default stupid cars

i bought an M3 evo convertible at the end of last year
i just drove it home and parked it up over winter

it needs new rear bushes so i booked it into a mates garage for this morning,
so i spent last night tidying up a few bits before going.
checked the coolant level this morning and there was none
so i put some in and it came straight back out under the car on the other side.

didnt have time to sort it out this morning so had to cancel.
got under the car tonight and the water is coming out of the block,
a core plug has come out of the side.
and to make it even worse its behind the exhaust manifolds and above the engine mount.

so i took the manifolds off tonight ready to put new ones in tomorow.
pissed

my mate recons it had no antifreeze and thats y it happened

At least that's all it did. Sounds like it would benefit from a full fluid service.

I guess it did it cos it didn't move/start for a good 6 months,
From now on when I buy a car at winter time I will ALWAYS put some antifreeze in it LOL
Now keep your fingers crossed it is just the core plug. I won't know till I fix it.
