I am under loads of stress at mo', dont know what to do etc.......long story!! Well I have just been and bought 8 tins of Stella! Im not a big drinker, maybe have 2-3 pints a month
Im on my first tin and can feel the effects, what a lightweight Also bought 20 B&H!! Hopefully I will have a few hours of de-stessed life.....I hope!!

Well my Bullmastiff has decided to play and is running round at high speeds through the house......this is fine but she has just turned a year so still a pup and weighing just over 8st My Shepherd has deceided to join in, she is pretending to be young again, her 10 year old bones really are under stress as she passes me at some silly speed heading into the kitchen!!
sufferd from post traumatic stress in the past i can tell ya this your escapeing the reality of whatevers causeing it only when your pissed then you get depressed then the circle starts again stressed pissed depressed stressed pissed depressed sniff or blunts dont work either dya know what does and the shrinks tell ya the same distance away from the stressor and time its the only healer does make ya stronger in the end just ride it out but dont become and alkee through it nothings worth that fella

couple of beers now and again dont hurt man, sometimes you need to just kick back and have a few. In excess then yes its gonna cause problems, believe me I been there, but 8 cans aint gonna kill ya. Get a couple of dvd's order a takeaway and sit and have a couple beers man. Some quality you time for the night . Just not every night though.
get drunk!! i'm half drunk now, had a half bottle of whisky and ive got 11 carling in the fridge (carling isnt my first choice, stella is, but 24 cans for 13 quid from asda, plus i get 10% discount)
getin drunk as a one off to blow off steam after a stressfull day is fine theres nowt finer than a good blast but 8 cans of stella every night for 3 years is no way round geting your troubles sorted
