A mate and customer of mine has acquired a Unichip for his Fiesta XR2i track car which has a Zetec engine fitted to it.

Any ideas who can map this set-up. Hes willing to travel a max of about 2 hours from Gloucester.

Need someone who knows what they are doing and who wont have his pants down. (Paul Hills need not apply!)

Any ideas??

paul is a very nice bloke done my old m3 did not charge to much they have just had a new rolling road fitted to ask him about his e30 m3 evo fooking mint car

 

iirc only official dealers have the software so could always ask dastec which are the dealers in the area

Yep when I emailed UNICHIP they suggested to me Owen Developments.

 

Do they love money? Are they reasonable? Needs to be someone who will only charge him for the work on one car and not 5 others and all their relatives.

I cant recommend someone who will take his soul and own it for 10 years.

Saying that, Ive read stuff about Owen Developments and its been good.

 

hmmm....from talking to others id say go elsewhere then,as tbh they do seem to only be interested if youre loaded.i went there to have them look at my saff a number of years back and the guy behind the counter didnt even look up from what he was doing when he dismissed me.wasnt impressed,but i know they are an official unichip dealer. and you need an official unichip dealer as no one else can have access to the software and hardware needed to map these systems IIRC.

Prior to them recently closing due to incompetance, I would not have gone to Engine Advantages if I was on fire from head to toe and they had the only last working fire extinguisher in the world in their possession.

Similarly I would not have sent a friend there for work to be done. Only people I didnt like!

 

This is now looking like the best option.
