IT'S ONLY F***ING BLEW UP AGAIN!!!!
Driving off boost down the A19, oil light started to flash, then knocking, then down to 3, then pulled off at Easington and wouldn't rev over 1500 rpm
On my way home from buying a new ported head with high lift cam so not the end of the world as it was coming apart anyway

Well I've got a new head and my old bottom end that needs a shell so I'll rebuild the bottom end, put the new head on and put in the car............................... then park it up and never drive it anywhere ever again!!!

Yes, thats how i do all mine, you can leave everything on, just need the crank pulley taken off to give you the room on the inner wing, use a small trolley jack to tip the bellhousing up at an angle and it'll slide out easily. Take the engine mount off and you'll be laughing
