Default How do i fit afr gauge?

I was thinking of fitting a afr gauge to keep an eye on the fuelling.Just wanted to know how easy is it to fit,how ,and how much do they go for? Its only a standard engine so dont wanna spend hundreds but would be nice to know how its doin!

Not that had they should come with a wiring diagram and a lambda sensor with a threaded sleeve round it, Cut hold in the downpipe then weld the sleeve on so you can put the lambda sensor onto the downpipe.
The attach all the wires. Job done.

You need a wideband to show anything useful.

Was going to say the same. A narrowband will just be a pretty light display and won't show anything remotely useful I'm afraid.

the gauge will just have 3 wires. one earth, one power, and one that you will need to extend to run through bulk head to the bay. drill and helicoil thread the downpipe, or just drill and weld a nut in, then attatch sensor and your away. as said above it wont be something you can trust unless you have a wideband. but saying that il only be running a £15 ebay sensor till i can afford a bosch wideband sensor
