god i miss my kit!

that setup must have cost you a bloody fortune mate?

i used to have a remo kit with sabian cymbals and a pearl double kick pedal, used to play in a couple of bands as well but when i moved to uni in coventry i never got to use my kit so just ended up selling in to fund the car!

do you play in any bands mate? and what grade are ya or are you self tought?
(im guessing from your kit you should be up around grade 8? )

Darren - not really anymore, but I did used to gig a lot when I was younger (lol "younger" I'm only 22 FFS ) and recorded a few bits and bobs, mini tours, several festival appearences (headlined the Walthamstow Festival for 3,500 people, and made top spot on the annual CD ) Mostly self taught, did do lessons to get a bit more technique and learn the rudiments and shit, but didn't bother with grades - didn't need em: by the time I started lessons I was already playing twice a week live

Matt - she's been okay for the last 10yrs actually from the street you can't really see in (a fair drop from window level, plus got drive between pavement and window) so even if the light is on you can only see one cymbal (light off see nothing ) And she does sound good when I go 4 it

Might go for it again in a min lol.... It's like bashing one out, only different Still sweaty afterwards aroflol
