i bought a spoiler off ebay last week and was told it was off a mk3 escort.i have just recieved it and it does not fit.it is too wide and too long.anyone know what its off



my brother said it looks like a tickford capri item but hes not sure

probably be way off the mark here but it looks a similair shape to rs200

 

similar shape, but the RS200 one is boxed in at the back, looks like a volvo 340 one maybe

emailed the bloke who sold it to me and he said he didnt take it off a mk3 escort he bought it on ebay to fit it on his mk4 escort cabbie but it wouldnt fit cos it was to big.

 

tell the bloke if he dont refund you your money as he falsely advertised it! you gonna make that spoiler fit him!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its is very similar to a tickford capri one but not the same.

 

the bloke has said he wont give me a refund cos it says on the title its for a mk3 escort and thats what its for cos he bought it like it.aint it a joke

 

he bought it like that and it didnt fit his car but he didnt check it?? if it aint one then its his fault for not checking its a Mk3 one. just get ebay involved and they will sort it. then slap some bad feedback on his ass!

Deffo not an S1 spoiler, is there a ford stamp on it? couldnt be an aftermarket job could it?

 

just a quick update paypal has got in touch,i got to send the spoiler back to the seller for a refund.just wondering if paypal refunds the postage of it when i send it back cos its going to cost a bit to do it
