I've used them over 30 times and only had one or two issues.. but they were mainly with administration at Parcel2Go, not with DHL themselves.. although one of their drivers did reverse into a car and try and get away with it outside once

No problems here as far as I can remember, used them quite alot, suits me having them pick stuff up rather than having to queue with the common people at the PO

what, every parcel you get from them hasnt been 'damaged in transit' with the damage strangely always consisting of a small hole torn in the packaging just enough for a thieving employee to see whats inside ....

Parcel2go are robbing **nts. I used them a few years back. They took my money, failed to collect the parcel then ignored all my e-mails and refused to contact me. They offered no explanation.

Use them at your peril.

the thing i dont like with parcel2go is it doesnt give you a estimate collection time, they just say they will be there sometime on this day which is no good for me who works nights,

if i know a rough time of when they should be coming i can make sure i am awake lol

is there any collection parcel companies that give you a rough time or allow you to specify a time ?

hhhhmmm just looking at gracies recomended site and found a link that says if i book before 1.30pm they should collect the same day, meaning i could get up at 12pm, book it and then just wait up for them to pick it up meaning i would get at least 4 hours sleep lol

might give them a try this time

I have never had a prob tbh, only once have they not collected the day they were supposed to.

I have always double checked addresses as i know couriers now accurate addresses or they dont deliver.
