towing weights
quick question,my brother got his class 2 hgv,he wahts to tow a 13ton wagon with a 750kg trailer,is he allowed? or does he need a class 1?

Can't be done, A 750kg trailer will never tow a 13ton wagon.

i think if he past is licence b4 31/12/1996 he can tow up to the vehicles towing weight so that will be over 750kg
