whats the best toyo tyre for rd use ?

 

im using toyo proxes cf1's on my xr2 and no complaints from me,wet or dry

 

proxes 4's are quite good, can't compare them to t1r's but i was happy for day to day use.

 

T1S are vastly better than T1R, if you can get them.
What size is it, recently moved onto VREDESTEIN SPORTRAC 3, rather than crappy eagle F1's, massive improvement.

R888's but you dont get very long out of them, and they aint fantastic in the wet

 

Agree with Tabs - T1S are far better than the newer T1R - but discontinued so harder and harder to find.

I didnt think the T1S's were as good, i chewed the edges of in a 1000 miles, the T1R's last ages!

 

T1R's are a great all round tire.................

 

Goodyear Eagle F1.

 

T1R for "normal" driving and not too bad on a wet track either although they lack to the required open edge for the really damp stuff.
Dry trackday will hammer them in no time at all though.

888 for driving hard in the dry



So depends on what you use it for really.
